About Jomtien
Jomtien is a long beach south of Central Pattaya. Jomtien Beach Road is lined with condominiums, cafés and water sports rentals, while the parallel Jomtien 2nd Road has shops and markets. The area is calmer than the center, though the promenade gets busy in high season. Many Russian-speaking residents live here, so Russian-language services are easy to find. Central Pattaya is 10–15 minutes away by car.
