This page explains what data Taivo receives through website forms and how it is used.

What we collect

• The name you provided
• Contact method and details: Telegram handle, phone number or email
• Your comment on the request, if you left one
• Listing ID, if the request was sent from a listing page

Why

Only to contact you about your request, select apartments and arrange viewings. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees requests

Taivo's founders and the agent handling your request. If a partner seller is needed for a viewing, we share only what the viewing requires, and only with your consent.

Retention period

While the search and deal are in progress, then no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

How to delete your data

Email [email protected] — we’ll delete your request and confirm by reply.
